Working hard in the Real Estate business again after my start 30+ years ago,   I am happy to be offering my sales skills and previous real estate experience in New Home Sales, Condominium Sales, and specialty home sales (i.e. Smart House) to clients looking to buy a new home or sell their current home.   I'm proud to be part of the Howard Hanna organization - and to be one of the highest producers in our office!  I love working with the public, helping in home searches, and will be of service to my clients in every aspect of the process from start through the closing, and thereafter.  I'm quick to say that my clients are the best!  I'm blessed to have a wonderful family who supports my passion to help buyers discover and buy their next homes, and to market seller's homes effectively, opening the door to eager and qualified buyers.

My Real Estate sales experience began in the 80's in Apartment Management as a Rental Consultant at several Clabell Communities in Lancaster County, then start up sales at Deer Ford condominiums, where I represented Riley Horst Realtors as a "New Home Product Specialist",  on-site sales and marketing of the first "Smart House" in Lancaster County for Charter Homes, and now, as a full-time Realtor working with sellers and buyers across the spectrum and in every price range to make their dreams a reality.  With the support and resources offered by the family owned and operated Hanna organization, I'm able to offer terrific incentive programs and marketing tools from which my buyers and sellers will benefit.

My goal is to help my clients fulfill their real estate wants, needs, and dreams, and to do it with patience, compassion, and genuine caring, with a minimum of drama!

On the personal side of things, my husband and I love to travel, play tennis, and spend precious time with our 2 children and their spouses, and our 4 beautiful granddaughters!  God and Family is most important, and is the only trump card to the importance of my clients.  I am a Lancaster County Native, though I spent a wonderful 4+ years in western PA at Westminster College attaining my Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Theater.  Over the years my personal passion has been the theater- in which I've been actively involved as a performer at the Fulton, EPAC, and other theater venues, and singing with 'Broadway by the Footlites' for the past 20 years.  Having been an 'on-air' product spokesperson on QVC for several years, I've learned the art of selling the benefits of a product, and selling to the needs of a buyer effectively and efficiently!
